Required Education Level
• Doctoral degree in the discipline of psychology.

Skills/Qualifications
• Meeting the qualification requirements for the assistant professor position in the research and teaching staff group, as specified in Appendix No. 4, Table 4a, to the Statute of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
• Fluent command of the Polish language, applicable to foreign candidates.

Specific Requirements
• Professional title of Master’s degree in psychology.
• Experience in conducting university-level classes in psychology.
• Research interests in the field of social psychology, work psychology and health psychology.
• Practical experience in the field of social psychology, work psychology and health psychology.
• Experience in cooperation with public institutions.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English, at least at B2 level.
• Participation in scientific conferences.
